      "Recently our original air conditioner compressor started to fail (22 years old), so we received a few quotes to replace our entire HVAC system. When ATS Mechanical arrived (on time), Chris took the time to clearly explain our options and cost for the replacement system. Once we selected the system, we immediately were provided with an installation date. On installation day, Chris and his apprentice, Brian, again arrived on time and excecuted the job professionally. They explained each aspect of what they were going to do and were extremely thorough in testing and checking the system once it was installed. They answered all of my questions and explained a couple routine maintenance tasks that I can easily perform myself. Since we live in Anne Arundel County, a system inspection was performed.
